Designed by our friends at Workstead, this quintessential Tribeca loft renovation centered around transforming a lackluster floor plan into a series of serene spaces.

The wood beams, columns, and brick walls are all original to the turn of the century building. Custom millwork, zinc-clad cabinetry, and sensible contemporary furnishings add a calming refinement to the raw space.

The new European Oak floors are an approachable, muted grey color. The European Oak paneling in the master bath is decidedly more warm and inviting, evoking a spa-like sanctuary for the homeowner to enjoy.
